Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist to join a dedicated team delivering quality radiologic services in a patient-centered environment. You will perform high-quality CT exams, monitor patient well-being, administer contrast safely, and guide patients through the procedure with clear communication.

Requirements include state licensure and ARRT certifications (R/CT); BLS as applicable; at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• State regulations may necessitate state licensure, ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT).
• BLS certification depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguards any on-site medications and protects Patient Health Information.
