RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Imaging Technologist Lead for Jersey City Medical Center's CT department. This role oversees daily operations, coordinates workflow, and mentors staff while performing high-level CT imaging under radiologist supervision.

The position requires ARRT certification, NJ licensure, AMA-approved Radiologic Technology training, CT experience, and BLS. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Hold ARRT certification.
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license (NJDEP).
• CT experience required and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily assignments for staff and manage patient flow.
• Ensure CT equipment is inspected and remains compliant.
• Train new CT Technologists and mentor staff.
• Assist Radiologists and oversee daily department workflow.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Document cases and verify physician orders in the RIS.
