Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Imaging Center Manager (ICM) on performance and quality of technologists.
• Coach, train, support, and motivate team members.
• Monitor performance during evaluation periods and document findings for ICM.
• Promote flexible staffing and delegate work across teams.
