RadNet is seeking a Lead CT Technologist to join our imaging team in New York. You will guide technologists, ensure high-quality imaging, and maintain patient care standards in a fast-paced center.

Role requires ARRT CT, state radiology licensure, CPR, and BLS, with experience in RIS/PACS. You will collaborate across departments to optimize staffing and performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) CT certification required.
• State licensure in diagnostic radiology is required.
• CPR certification and BLS are mandatory.
• Familiarity with imaging equipment and RIS/PACS systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide feedback to Imaging Center Manager on performance and quality of technologists.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members.
• Monitor performance and document during review periods.
• Promote flexible staffing and delegate across teams.
• Adhere to OSHA, RadNet safety standards and protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and cover staffing shortages.
• Assist in hiring input and performance evaluation for Ultrasound staff.
• Act on behalf of the ICM when unavailable.
