Job summary

Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of the Radiologist. You will provide patient care across all age groups and ensure high image quality and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements include AMA/JRCERT accredited education, ARRT and BCLS certifications, and at least 6 months of radiologic technologist experience. This is a full-time, on-site role in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist required.
• ARRT registration and BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under direct supervision of the Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric.

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
