Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will provide patient care across all ages, including neonatal and geriatric patients, with a focus on cross-sectional anatomy and advanced cardiac/vascular CT imaging.
Requirements include graduation from AMA/JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology programs, at least 1 year CT experience, ARRT CT registration, CT Advanced certification, and BCLS upon hire.
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advanced CT imaging (Cardiac and Vascular) and is competent/proficient with cross-sectional anatomy and physiology. Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
