Job summary

Intermountain Health is recruiting Radiologic Technologists who want to train into CT at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. The role offers a clear CT pathway within a fast-paced imaging environment and opportunities to advance as you complete training and meet criteria.

The position emphasizes structured on‑the‑job CT training, teamwork with experienced CT staff, and ongoing skill development to become a registered CT Technologist.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training from an ARRT-approved school.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is current.
• Current State of Utah Radiologic Technologist License.
• ARRT Radiography certification and eligibility to sit for CT registry.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and imaging orders; prepare patients for exams including contrast.
• Position patients accurately using anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Perform CT exams following department protocols and transmit data for interpretation.
• Evaluate image quality in real time and adjust techniques as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report any concerns; ensure safety standards.
• Support department operations and maintain clean workspaces.
• Pursue continued learning and new CT procedures.
