Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Training (CT) at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT. This full-time role offers a structured pathway to CT with on-the-job training and support from experienced CT professionals.

You'll work in a high-acuity imaging environment, gain hands-on CT experience, and build the credentials needed to advance to a registered CT Technologist, with pay increases as you progress.

Qualifications

• Completion of Radiologic Technology training from an ARRT-approved school.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Current State of Utah Radiologic Technologist License.
• ARRT Radiography certification and CT registry eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and imaging orders; prepare patients for exams including contrast administration.
• Position patients accurately using anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Perform CT exams following department protocols and transmit data for radiologist interpretation.
• Evaluate image quality in real time and adjust to ensure diagnostic-quality images.
• Maintain and clean equipment; report any concerns promptly.
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and documentation policies.
