Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department in a fast-paced environment. You will perform CT imaging studies, work closely with radiologists and other care team members, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

The role includes cross-training opportunities and requires ARRT certification with CT credential or progression toward it, Ohio licensure, and BLS certification. Sign-on bonus available for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces a variety of CT procedures and imaging with modern CT equipment.
• Assists radiologists and nursing staff during procedures and maintains patient safety.
• Educates patients regarding procedures and provides coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
