Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT to join the nights team at METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality diagnostic images.

Graduate of an accredited RT program with ARRT CT credential; Ohio license required; BLS certification. Trauma setting experience and CT scanner knowledge are preferred. Sign-on bonus available and a 60-hour biweekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT; CT credential within 1 year.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) is required.
• AHA BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.
• Preferred: ARRT CT credential.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to maintain understanding.
• Coordinate scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Provide safe care with effective communication within the CT team.
