Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our hospital team in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves producing high-quality CT images and supporting CT-guided procedures in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT credentials and an Ohio Radiographer License, preferably with CT certification within a year. This on-site position includes night shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist with CT credential or within 1 year.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• AHA BLS Certification or obtains within probation.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patients scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Works well under stress and with minimal supervision.
• Functions well independently and as part of the CT Team.
