Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist to join the radiology team for night shifts, performing CT imaging and assisting in CT-guided procedures. The role supports a Level One Trauma Center with a focus on high-quality patient care and safety.

Responsibilities include producing diagnostic CT images, assisting with procedures, coordinating patient workflows, and educating patients. Candidates should have ARRT CT credentials or be on track to obtain within a year, along

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members.
• Maintain safety standards and follow MetroHealth policies.
