Base is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Connecticut market, overseeing warehouse, field crews, and local strategy. You’ll own end-to-end execution from parts arrival to energizing customer batteries, blending onsite leadership with strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading high-growth operations or field service.
• Analytical with ability to use data to diagnose problems; familiarity with residential electrical systems and NEC compliance.
• Owner’s mentality: take pride, tackle any task, fix issues big or small.
• Resilient and adaptable, thrives in building from scratch or stabilizing a region.

Responsibilities

• Regional leadership: own CT outcomes including install volume, warehouse throughput, safety, and customer experience.
• Market strategy & scaling: translate goals into local plans and design scalable processes.
• Warehouse & logistics: supervise warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy and staging.
• Field operations: mentor field crews; ensure NEC compliance and safety standards.
• External stakeholder management: liaison with utilities, permitting offices, and municipalities.
• Central liaison: feedback loop with Austin teams on supply chain, engineering, product.
