Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Installation Department, ensuring safety, efficiency, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage labor productivity, costs, and KPIs while driving improvements.
• Oversee scheduling, crew assignments, equipment, and material readiness.
• Develop processes for installation readiness and continuous training.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop installation crews and field leaders.
