Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in electric distribution is preferred.
• Must maintain switching and tagging qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely completion of field work for electric distribution systems.
• Lead and coordinate across departments and with external contractors.
• Review and approve times, expenses, and materials records.
• Fulfills storm duty and on-call rotations as required.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct comprehensive reviews.
