Advanced Imaging Services, Inc. in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support CT and MRI systems at junior to senior levels. This full-time, on-site role requires travel to customer sites nationwide and relocation assistance is available.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and verification of imaging equipment, with preference for Canon/Toshiba CT experience and cross-modality capability. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant electronics, electromechanical, biomedical or imaging technical foundations and a practical troubleshooting approach.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and online applications.
• DICOM, networking and telecommunications experience is advantageous.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, complete functional system inspections and verify return to service within your demonstrated competence.
• Document parts and sub-components to facilitate alternative sourcing.
• Maintain service logs and generate internal service reports.
• Communicate with customers, follow up on service issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with national and local teams for effective service delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities such as contract renewals and support AIS service programs.
