Job summary

Advanced Imaging Services, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for Computed Tomography (CT) diagnostic imaging. You will service Toshiba CT and other OEM CT systems, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and restore equipment to optimal operation.

You'll communicate with customers, document service reports, and collaborate with national and local teams. Travel will be 30–60% with on-call duties and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years servicing CT imaging equipment OR 10 years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree in Electronics Engineering; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with telecommunication, DICOM, and networking systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose/repair CT systems.
• Document service reports and maintain service logs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure follow-up and satisfaction.
• Handle service delivery issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with national and local teams for seamless service delivery.
• Support growth initiatives such as contract renewals.
