Job summary

626 Opco, LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced imaging systems. The role focuses on GE MRI/CT equipment with on-site clinical environments and frequent travel to customer sites.

The candidate will diagnose complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, document activities, and collaborate with account managers to ensure uptime and reliability of imaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing GE MRI and CT equipment.
• Strong technical background with ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Excellent customer service in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Must have prior experience in medical imaging device service and repair.
• Travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to resolve problems and communicate professionally under time pressure.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and verifications.
• Learn imaging equipment to perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Document all service activities per Quality Standards.
• Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
• Submit field service reports timely and accurately.
• Communicate with account manager on services provided.
• Manage and maintain company assets required for duties.
