Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an experienced Medical Imaging Field Engineer 4 to service diagnostic imaging equipment in the Hershey, PA region. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems, while training operators to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.

You will manage assets and territory finances, maintain relationships with customers, and perform administrative duties to support service delivery. This role emphasizes strong technical, communication, and safety skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment; ability to work alone or in a team.
• Proficiency with network apps/tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS website—Engineer Tools).
• 7+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive day and night with a good record.
• Physical requirements: lifting 50 lbs, climbing, bending, standing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Service imaging equipment in Hershey, PA area with minimal supervision.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Medical Imaging Equipment.
• Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintain company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, parts) and admin duties.
