Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 1 to service MR equipment in the DC metro area. The role is field-based, customer-facing, and involves installing, maintaining, and modifying imaging systems at customer sites.

You will deliver timely repairs, train operators, and ensure system performance while managing assets and relationships with customers. Travel and on-call rotation may be required after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of field service experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training.

Responsabilités

• Service MR equipment in the DC metro area; install, service, maintain and modify imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage assets and company resources, including vehicles, tools, and parts.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties accurately.
