Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 2 to service MR/CT systems in Orange County, CA. The role covers installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance at customer sites, with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction and reliable system performance.

You will manage service tasks, logistics, and administrative duties, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to credentialing requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• 3–5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive day and night and a good driving record.
• Proficiency with network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS website—Engineer Tools).
• Excellent judgment in customer relations and in managing company resources; strong knowledge of instrument systems (mechanics, electricity, chemistry, software).

Mansioni

• Service, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on MR/CT imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Installations and training of operators to ensure optimal system performance and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed revenue, expense, and inventory budgets within territory and manage company assets (car, tools, parts).
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and peers and complete administrative duties accurately.
• Work with engineers and customers to ensure compliance with vendor credentialing requirements at client sites.
