Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for night shift, performing CT imaging and assisting with CT-guided procedures in a Level One trauma environment. The position engages in cross-training to support the radiology team.

Qualified candidates are expected to be ARRT-registered with CT credentials within a year, hold an Ohio Radiographer license, and maintain BLS certification. This role involves coordination of patient scheduling and collaboration with nursing and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT; CT credential within 1 year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across varied settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures (biopsies, drains, ablations).
• Schedule inpatients and outpatients; coordinate imaging needs.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment; ensure comfort.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and radiology staff.
