Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus - CT is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT exams, administer IV contrast, and ensure patient safety. You will collaborate with Radiologists and follow departmental protocols.

Full-time, 36 hours/week with weekend shifts; pay range $33.05–$49.60 per hour in Concord, NC. Graduation from an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program.
• Ability to perform CT scanning and administer IV contrast.
• Commitment to radiology safety and sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Examines requests and verifies orders with the Radiologist before performing the exam.
• Identifies patients using two identifiers and explains procedures; prepares patients with explanations.
• Interviews patients for medical history and reviews EMR/records to correlate data.
• Performs CT exams and administers contrast per protocol; ensures patient safety.
