Job summary

Atrium Health Union West is seeking a part-time CT Technologist I to perform CT exams and related procedures in a high-volume radiology department in Matthews, NC. The role requires adherence to protocols, patient safety, and collaboration with Radiology staff.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, preparing patients, administering contrast, and ensuring accurate image quality for radiologists’ interpretation. PRN schedule available; compensation reflects $42/hour base pay.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology and BLS required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program.
• Proficiency in CT scanning and patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and related equipment per protocols.
• Verify orders with Radiologist and prepare patients for procedures.
• Administer IV contrast and monitor patient safety during exams.
