Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a CT Technologist I to conduct CT scans in compliance with departmental protocols. The candidate will prepare patients, verify orders, and operate CT scanners with proficiency. Required qualifications include ARRT certification in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, and demonstrated technical skills. Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry in CT required within one year.
• Demonstrates competency appropriate to the ages and needs of patient population.
• Requires physical effort in lifting and moving patients and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Examine requests and verify orders for each patient.
• Prep patients for CT procedures and document their medical history.
• Perform CT scanning and assist in invasive procedures.

Graduate of an accredited institution in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology
