Job summary

MetroHealth radiology is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join the CT team. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

You must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT-CT credential (or obtain within one year), Ohio Radiographer License, and BLS certification. Will cross-train and work 4x10hr day/evening shifts with call.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for diverse patient populations.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians and radiologists on patient care.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to ensure understanding.
• Maintain safety and accuracy under supervision and in a fast-paced setting.
