Zusammenfassung

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team in Northeast Ohio. The role focuses on producing high-quality CT images for trauma, stroke, cancer patients and other critical cases, across a range of settings.

You will operate CT scanners, assist with CT-guided procedures, coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients, and educate patients about procedures to ensure comfort and understanding. Cross-training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Aufgaben

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• On-the-spot critical thinking; communicates effectively and works well under stress.
• Works well independently and as part of the CT team.
