Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist. The role covers night shifts (7p–7a), biweekly 60 hours, and every-other-Sunday weekends, with sign-on up to $15,000 for external applicants.

The CT Tech will perform CT exams, assist with CT-guided procedures, coordinate patient scheduling, and educate patients. Strong anatomy knowledge, ARRT CT credential and Ohio licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedule and coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Communicate effectively and work under stress with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians and care team members.
