Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio seeks a Radiology CT Technologist to join our CT team. You will perform CT scans, assist with CT-guided procedures, and help ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging.

The role requires ARRT CT credential, Ohio license, and BLS. You will work night shifts, joining a dedicated team in a Level One Trauma Center setting, with opportunities for growth and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT (Radiology).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and calm under stress.
