Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT. This role supports CT imaging, performs CT-guided procedures, and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and therapists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

The position requires ARRT CT credentials (or within 1 year), a valid Ohio Radiographer license, and AHA BLS certification or equivalent. Night shifts and biweekly 60-hour schedules are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educating patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Works with CT team and other care staff to provide optimal patient care.
