Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Concord, NC seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging and assist Radiologists. The role requires ARRT certification, strong patient care, and adherence to radiation safety standards. Schedule is Sun-Tues, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, 36 hours weekly, full time.

You will prepare patients, verify orders, operate CT equipment, document procedures, and participate in emergencies. Competitive pay ranges from $33.05 to $49.60 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification in Radiology or NMTCB, CT certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Examines requests and verifies orders.
• Verifies and questions orders with Radiologist before exam.
• Prepares patients and explains procedures.
• Operates CT equipment and documents procedures.
• Maintains radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Rotates shifts and participates in emergencies as needed.
