Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer II to service CT and MRI at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens equipment, ensuring timely repairs and operator training for optimal performance.

Travel within the assigned territory is expected, along with inventory management and strict adherence to safety and credentialing requirements. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires service, preventive maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties.
• Proficient in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with service test equipment and tools.
• General understanding of electricity, power supplies and grounding.

Responsibilities

• Service CT and MRI equipment, install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in territory management including inventory control and timely service call closure.
• Manage company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts).
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary administrative duties.
