Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a CSU ICS Lead in Cheyenne, WY, to manage startup, commissioning, and initial operation of ICS systems on a major gas-fired CC power project. You will coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and control teams to complete testing and handover.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to interact with management and client teams.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale combined cycle power projects.
• Broad knowledge of industry standards and facilities' operations criteria.
• Knowledge of commissioning behind the meter power generation and data center integration preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present CSU information to management and client.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project estimates and startup activities at the jobsite.
• Lead ICS commissioning planning, testing, and documentation.
• Direct preparation of operations manuals and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and client teams.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to engineers.
