Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a CSU Administrator to join the Cheyenne, WY project team supporting commissioning and turnover activities on the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) project.

You will coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation and control disciplines, assist the CSU manager with calendars, expenses, and documentation, and liaise with client management to ensure safe, efficient startup operations. This role requires 2–4 years of related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-4 years of related experience.
• Relevant experience in delivering large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of administrative practices including cost and scheduling.
• Ability to work effectively in leading in a team environment, motivating and supporting others.
• Demonstrated expert understanding of CSU core processes and procedures.
• Excellent skill in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to present CSU information to management and client.
