Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to join our team in Bluffton, SC. You will service walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will handle warehouse duties, process orders, manage customer accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. A forklift certification and prior warehouse or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Tile industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receive and unload inbound material / stock material.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Provide customer account management and order entry.
• Handle high volume inbound calls using ACD.
• Prepare reports and process faxes.
