Job summary

DSV Road GmbH Pflugerville seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, train CSRs, and ensure accurate data capture while supporting manufacturing, planning, and transportation.

You will develop client relationships, coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams, manage performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in transportation/supply chain management in a 3PL environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience in logistics, customer service or related field.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse; seasons vary.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Communicates effectively with customers, vendors and team members.
• Provides data capture and system entry oversight.
• Resolves issues using data and problem solving.
• Promotes a team environment and manages staff performance.
• Supports new account startups and onsite customer teams.
• Presents data findings to customers and reviews SOPs.
• Meets or exceeds KPI targets for Customer Service.
