Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with basic to intermediate skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful for customer interactions.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a first-rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements for insurance
• Flexible schedule to accommodate customers and office needs.
• Reliable transportation to commute and cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• Perform FNOL vehicle inspections and related duties.
• Take vehicle pictures as required.
• Bank deposits and routine office tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
