Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to provide professional, courteous service to customers, answer policy questions, process payments, and identify needs for policy enhancement.

You will follow up on quotes, renewals and cancellations, assist with marketing for new business when needed, maintain a tidy office, perform FNOL vehicle inspections, take vehicle photos, and handle bank deposits, with extra duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy from basic to intermediate
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful
• Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and provide a first-rate experience for customers
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank run deposits
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned
