Position Description

We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient processing of orders, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly support our mission of delivering outstanding label and marking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers in order to nurture and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
• Communicate via email, phone and fax with Business-to-Business customers on a continuous basis.
• Provide accurate and timely product, price and delivery information on stock and custom products.
• Process stock orders, custom orders, sample and quotation requests accurately and quickly in multiple systems.
• Coordinate with the Graphics department by providing accurate and detailed paperwork for new and changing custom label orders. Work cohesively and consult with sales, accounting, graphics, and operations team members within the organization as well as customers and vendors as needed.
• Work with Service department to provide timely quotes to customers for approval. Process completed service tickets for invoicing.
• Reintroduce PALCO and our team to inactive customers via phone and email.
• Enter new products and update existing products in system.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to various departments.
