Job summary

The State of Wyoming is seeking a Program Manager to provide operational oversight for the Child Support Program (CSP). You will work closely with the CSP State Office team and field staff to ensure goals are met and will supervise three CSP State Office employees.

Responsibilities include policy development, contract oversight, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while coordinating with partners to deliver effective services to Wyoming families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in public administration, management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of benefits and eligibility with statewide program exposure.
• Ability to interpret and apply federal and state rules; lead policy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for three CSP State Office employees.
• Develop policy and state plans based on federal and state laws through analysis and evaluation.
• Oversee CSP contracts and coordinate policy manuals.
• Coordinate with field offices and contractors to meet program goals.
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
