Job summary

Utah Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) Salem Office is seeking a Program Manager-CPS Team for the DCFS Western Region. The role leads a team of child welfare professionals, developing programs to improve safety, well-being, and permanency for children.

The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of SAFE, and the ability to manage on-call duties and travel within the region. In-office work is primary, with potential hybrid arrangements as determined.

Qualifications

• Experience leading child welfare teams.
• Knowledge of SAFE and applicable child welfare laws.
• Ability to travel and work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of child welfare professionals and manage workload.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback.
• Apply data metrics to monitor performance and QA reviews.
• Develop plans and resources to meet agency goals.
• Coordinate with providers, law enforcement, and other entities.
• Provide 24-hour on-call services as required.
