Job summary

DCFS Brigham City Office seeks a Program Manager-CPS Team to lead a team of child welfare professionals, establish program goals, and ensure safety and permanency for children.

You will supervise, coach, and develop staff while coordinating with private providers and other agencies, and you may perform 24-hour on-call duties as needed. This in-office role requires Utah licensure and a strong knowledge of SAFE and relevant laws.

Qualifications

• Valid Utah driver's license required.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of SAFE, resources, and child welfare laws.
• Experience leading a team of child welfare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of child welfare professionals, including hiring, workload planning, and evaluations.
• Provide field coaching, shadowing, and ongoing staff development.
• Use data metrics to manage performance and conduct QA reviews.
• Develop plans and resources to meet agency goals and ensure program quality.
• Coordinate with private providers, law enforcement, and other agencies.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage as required.
