KnowBe4, the leader in security awareness training, invites you to join the CS Project Manager Intern program in Clearwater, FL. This paid internship is hybrid, January 25, 2027 to April 16, 2027 (12 weeks), with three in-office days weekly.

You will manage onboarding, adoption, and retention projects alongside CS, Renewal, Support, and Product teams. You’ll receive company training, AMA sessions with executives, onboarding, and professional development workshops to ease your transition into a

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)
• Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
• IT experience/exposure is a plus
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Data-driven, using metrics to guide decisions influences stakeholders across teams without direct authority
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own project plans for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and resolve blockers
• Track and report project status, risks, and outcomes to CS leadership and stakeholders
• Use KnowBe4 assessments, reporting, and health indicators to measure adoption trends and project results
• Design, document, and continuously improve CS playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, and rollout processes
