Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Digital Customer Success Intern to support campaigns, customer engagement, and adoption within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work alongside Digital CSMs, Renewal Specialists, and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, maintain data, and respond to customer requests.

The role offers exposure to security awareness training, phishing simulation, and AIDA, with potential for full-time opportunities after the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in a relevant field.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs).
• Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to craft concise calls to action.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Curious, coachable, and comfortable working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support digital campaign execution by building and reviewing lifecycle email journeys.
• Maintain audience segments and engagement data with accurate records.
• Monitor campaign performance by summarizing opens, clicks, and delivery metrics.
• Draft customer-facing content with clear calls to action and timely plays.
• Respond to inbound requests, triage, and draft responses from templates.
• Ensure content meets brand standards and guidelines before review.
• Build product knowledge across the KnowBe4 Platform for customer discussions.
• Share adoption signals with CSMs and Renewal Specialists to support retention.
• Capture customer feedback and relay to Product Management, Support, and Sales.
• Participate in team initiatives and ad hoc campaigns to improve customer experience.
