Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Designer Intern to join our Clearwater, FL office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week). The 12-week internship runs January 25, 2027 to April 16, 2027. Paid internship with relocation and lodging the intern must arrange.

You will create animated 2D/3D assets for e-learning modules, design supporting materials, and contribute to engaging training content under supervision of senior staff.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing creative writing and visual storytelling through social media content.
• Proficiency with post-production and video editing software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
• Experience creating and editing illustrated animations (coursework, freelance, internships, or personal projects accepted).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current video trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia assets for e-learning modules.
• Multimedia design across graphics, animation, video, and interactive media to communicate ideas and support training.
• Create graphics and edit photos to use within animations.
• Create engaging documents and motion graphics.
• Create new/edit existing videos and animations.
• Perform sound mixing and synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work within deadlines.
• Prepare and package graphic assets for localization vendors.
• Follow internal style guides and production workflows.
• Support content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive under KnowBe4 DEI.
