Job summary

Salesforce Salesforce Signature Success is seeking a collaborative Program Manager (Level 7) to coordinate cross-functional programs and translate evolving business needs into practical plans and clear communications.

The initial focus is establishing a new M&A pooled CSM team, onboarding, enablement touchpoints, and building rhythms and resources. This role partners with stakeholders to shape and operate the program while supporting other strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and day-to-day execution of assigned Account Success programs, including milestones, deliverables, communications, and follow-up actions.
• Serve as community lead for the new M&A pooled CSM team, helping foster connection and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with leadership to support onboarding, enablement, sessions, and recurring engagement activities.
• Help establish processes, channels, and operating rhythms; document resources and ways of working.
• Gather input, identify challenges, and recommend incremental improvements to the community experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to clarify goals, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
• Track program progress, participation, feedback, and measures of success; flag risks and dependencies.
• Prepare updates and presentations for team leaders and stakeholders.
• Support investigation and resolution of operational issues by connecting the right partners.
• Contribute to other Account Success priorities and special projects as needed.
