We are seeking a collaborative, organized Program Manager (Level 7) reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Programs & Governance. This person will coordinate and deliver cross-functional programs, build strong relationships, and translate evolving business needs into practical plans and clear communications.
The initial priority for this role will be helping establish and support a new M&A pooled Customer Success Manager (CSM) team. This community will bring together CSMs joining Salesforce through acquisitions who are not aligned to the existing global field operating units (OUs).
As the community lead, the Program Manager will help create a welcoming, connected, and effective experience for these CSMs. Working with the team’s leadership and cross-functional partners, they will help inform on onboarding and enablement touch points, establish community communications and operating rhythms, surface common needs and feedback, and help connect team members with the right Salesforce resources and partners. The role will help shape and improve this new program as it develops, while also supporting other strategic programs over time.
