Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a CSIO Supervisor to lead the Centers progressive student discipline, recognition and incentive programs. You will analyze behavior data, ensure confidentiality, and maintain integrity of student information while guiding staff in system-wide procedures.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with security and program teams, and ensure compliance with all governing policies. This role focuses on accountability, accurate reporting, and effective student services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in Job Corps or related youth program.
• Valid in-State Driver's License.
• DOL approval required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CSIO Department and staff.
• Oversee the Center behavior management system and discipline in accordance with rules.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and evaluate CSIO staff.
• Provide orientation and in-service training on behavior management.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Tolerance policies and sanctions.
• Maintain disciplinary records and prepare data on behavioral trends.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as needed.
• Coordinate Career Success Standards rating system per guidelines.
• Fill staff vacancies and motivate the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to supervise and support students.
