Analyzes Centers student discipline and incentive data and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student issues and problems effectively. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
Supervises and manages the CSIO Department and staff.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree from an accredited school preferred.
A minimum of two years experience in Job Corps or related youth program required. Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements. DOL approval required.
