Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows program integrity guidelines and avoids manipulation of student data.
• Oversees behavior management systems and Center rules compliance.
• Interviewing, hiring recommendations, terminations, and performance evaluations in CSIO.
• Provide staff orientation on rules, regulations, and programs.
• Administers penalties per PRH requirements and Center policies.
• Maintain disciplinary records and enter data into CIS.
• Analyze behavioral trends and prepare reports as directed.
